卜勇杰，男，1988年出生，河南商丘人，硕士生导师，湖南科技大学资源环境与安全工程学院教师，本硕博均就读于中南大学资源加工与生物工程学院矿业工程专业，博士期间国家公派至加拿大阿尔伯塔大学（University of Alberta）学习2年。主要从事矿物浮选、复杂矿物资源综合利用、稀有稀土金属提取、界面化学等方面研究，发表学术论文8篇。
